Weight lifting

I love weight lifting. It’s a massive part of my life. It makes me feel amazing, and I love the challenge of it. I’ve been doing it for years, and will probably continue doing it till later in life.

Love to Experiment

Ketogenics, Intermittent Fasting, Bulletproof Coffee… there’s more on the list but I love to experiment with crazy things. I’ve done keto for a lifestyle before, and it was a crazy experiment.

Coffee Lover (Who Isn’t?)

I’m friends with a very AWESOME coffee roaster that got me into appreciating craft coffee. Show them some love, they make truly amazing coffee, they also roast one of the most AMAZING decaff coffees in the world. I’m fortunate that he opened my eyes to what makes a fantastic cup of coffee.

Married

I’m married to my best friend in the whole world. Someone who keeps me grounded and makes me a better person. We’ve been together years, grew up together, and we’re proud cat parents.

Mountain Lion Wrangler

I’m parent/carer to 2 amazing cats. I tell everyone that they are mountain lions, they’re 2 Maine Coons. They’re the most loving animals in the world. I’m very blessed to have them.
