As a millennial, we keep blaming things on the economy, the government, and the world for why we’re not all richer. Sometimes it’s tempting to do that. I’m not that much of an asshole, I don’t generally wish I was richer without actually doing the work. I know people who do do that… ahem youtuber wannabes. For those who aren’t really chasing a pipe dream, those who earn an ok wage or even those who are struggling a bit to make ends meet - have you ever created a budget before?

So about a month ago, I decided to do a bit of research into my life. There was something stopping me from progressing in life. While I was quite smart, my peers were overlapping me in many ways. They were picking up coding really fast, they were getting bigger pay rises, they were all excelling in things. We all started at the same time, but what exactly was it they were doing that I wasn’t?

I’ve crossed into my third year of working in my current job. Those 3 years seriously flew by, and there was never a dull moment. This is the longest I’ve stayed in one company before, which speaks a lot about their staff retention and about their culture. During those 3 years, I’ve come across some interesting observations in comparison to previous jobs: I don’t have to be scared at work.

I love my Aeropress. Genuinely it’s one of the greatest inventions of all time. You take come ground coffee, and it makes some truly delicious brewed coffee. It’s a no brainer, and it’s awesome to use. I did read up about this nice piece of kit called a V60. It was for drip coffee. I thought I may as well give it a go since it was really cheap to start off with.

Here we go again with another headphone and another review. You’re probably thinking why did I just bother getting another pair after returning the PX? I started reading about the PX7 and thought, these are really intriguing. Similar sound signature to the P7 (which are bassy) and lighter - meaning more comfortable. So first and foremost, I’m a massive B&W fan. I’ve had the P5, P5s2, PX… and now have just invested in the PX7.
