8-8-8 Principle - Why it doesn't work... well for humans anyway.

For those who are consistently trying to hack a bit more time for yourself, and get more done with your life, you guys will have no doubt come across the 8-8-8 principle: which helps you segment your time into thirds. 24 Hours => 8 Hours for Work | 8 Hours for You | 8 hours for Sleep Now this all sounds glamorous in theory, and, of course, incredibly simple… like how could we not have done this from the start?

Bowers Wilkins PX Review

It’s been quite a long time since I bought really upscale headphones. I’ve always been a Bowers and Wilkins fan, so when I heard they released a wireless pair that had all the great build and sound quality - I naturally wanted them. The thing that stopped me from going for them straight away - was the price tag. Don’t get me wrong, you do pay for quality, but the price tag was something that I thought: I need to go out and test them out first before I go and fork out the money.

Starling vs Monzo

There have been a number of these cool digital Challenger banks coming along. As with one great product, there will always be a competitor for that product. I.e. iOS vs Android, Coke vs Pepsi… in the modern age I would consider Starling as one of the big challenger banks out there. Followed by Monzo. There are certainly a number of them (Revolut, N26 etc) however I would consider Starling and Monzo to be the big banks out there now, similar to HSBC vs Lloyds.

10 Things I Appreciate More the Older I Get

In a few months time, at the time of writing this post, I will be celebrating my millionth second alive (30th). I felt that now was a great time to reflect on the things, specifically things that I appreciate more as I grow older. It’s nice looking back at these things over time, and realising: what I enjoyed 10 years ago, I may not anymore, and vice versa. So here is a list of some of the things I enjoy the older that I get:
